Online registration and Online Payment is available for these services - 1) Govt Job Alerts; & 2) Career Counselling for Govt Jobs. Both the services are knowledge-based and they are delivered through SMS and Email followed by telephone wherever it is necessary.
In case you want to change your decision after making online payment,you can call or drop in a mail within 24 hours from the date of activation of the service. We will arrange for refund for Govt Job Alerts and Career Counselling for Govt Jobs. Cancellation is not possible after availing the service(s).
How to cancel registration?
You will need to provide your name, email ID, mobile number for registering your complaint. Send your complaint within 24 hours from the time of registration to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your refund complaint is processed the customer care team will inform you by email
A refund is processed based on the mode of payment
If payment is done using Credit Card then the amount is refunded to the Credit Card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing statement.
If the payment is done using Net banking as a payment then the amount is refunded to the bank account.
If payment is done using either Indian Postal Orders or Demand Drafts, then the amount is refunded in the form of cheque, which will be delivered to the billing address.
